For me, CEO means more than Chief Executive Officer. It means Chief Encouraging Officer™, the assignment that has shaped my life, leadership, ministry, and work for more than two decades.
Over the years, I have learned that encouragement should do more than help someone feel better for a moment. It should help people regain perspective, build confidence, develop capacity, and take meaningful action.
I bring biblical wisdom, practical strategy, emotional intelligence, and lived leadership experience to every conversation. Whether I am preaching, coaching, mentoring, consulting, supporting someone through grief, or helping an organization strengthen its leadership, my purpose is the same: to meet people where they are and help them prepare for where they are going.
